Agreement. These terms govern your use of fortunareviews.com, operated by Strength Cycle Studios, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Fortuna Reviews is
Fortuna Reviews publishes researched profiles of online stores, built from what each store publishes on its own website. Each fact shows the page we read it on and the date we read it. The profiles are research, not first-hand reviews: we do not buy from the stores to write them. Fortuna Reviews is not a store: we do not sell products, process payments or handle orders.
Profiles are not guaranteed
Stores set and change their own prices, policies and pages, often without notice. A fact that was accurate when we read it may have changed since, and a profile may not capture every condition. The store's own terms at checkout always control. We do not guarantee that any profile is complete or current, and we are not responsible for a store's products, prices, shipping or service. Profiling a store is not an endorsement of it. Ratings shown from other sites belong to those sites and their reviewers. We may correct, update or remove any profile at any time.
How we make money
Some links on Fortuna Reviews may be affiliate links. If you buy after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Fortuna Reviews may profile stores that run a paying affiliate program; it may also profile stores that don't. How stores are chosen is published on How we research. A store's commission does not change what its profile says: every fact is read on the store's own pages and dated, the same way for every store. See How we make money.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or copy the site in bulk; interfere with its security or operation; or use the site in any way that breaks the law.
Suspension
We may block automated access, or restrict access to Fortuna Reviews where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or the site's security or operation is at risk. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Fortuna Reviews at any time.
Third-party sites
Links take you to websites we do not control. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Our content
The site's design, text and compilation are owned by Strength Cycle Studios, LLC. Store names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the stores; their use does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Strength Cycle Studios, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Fortuna Reviews. Its total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Subject to applicable law, any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms or Fortuna Reviews shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the update.
